  • Description: Fifth episode in a series of two-reels in which a 'society girl' has a position of special investigator at the police and works in every, in itself standing, episode on different cases. In this episode detective Ruth is chasing the scoundrel Snake Henely. When a gang of thieves is being caught, Henely manages to escape by hiding in a water tank. The vigorous detective Ruth succeeds in finding him, and she is not only too clever for the scoundrel, but also for her male colleagues.
